Do you charge for designs?
Once you approve to
move ahead in the design process, we do charge a small fee for the
design created by our design
team. That charge will be subtracted from the overall cost of the
project should you choose to move forward. The cost of the design is
non-refundable.
What is the Client Questionnaire?
The Client Questionnaire allows our staff to understand the framework of your desired project. Thereby, allowing us to create a plan that meets your individual needs and lifestyle. Please fill out a client questionnaire online and submit before your scheduled appointment.
What is the timeline for completion of a project?
It is dependent on the size of the project. The average water feature project is typically 1-2 weeks. We consult with our clients a specific timeline from start to completion to ensure that all deadlines are met and that each project is given top priority.
